CobraFIT is a high intensity, interval, resistance training concept designed to give you an all over body workout with particular emphasis on strengthening your core and improve your stamina overall. CobraFIT workouts are ideal for people who are in a rush and struggle to make time for exercise.
Each workout will burn up to 1000 calories in just 45 mins, once technique has been mastered, but cobraFIT is more than just a workout. It’s all about the smart workout in combination with the correct form of nutrition to get you into the best shape of your life.
CobraFIT can be part of the 8 week challenge for those who prefer a more challenging workout. From week 4 of the Challenge, you can choose to upgrade to CobraFIT and experience the benefits even more. Each session is £5 and includes a pre-fuel (Energy drink) and recovery drink (smoothie).
It is advisable to pre-book and pay in advance for your class as this is the only way to guarantee your booked space.
Cancellation policy. As the Cobra bags are limited and in high demand, we ask that you please give 24 hours notice if you are not able to make the class so we can offer the space to someone on the waiting list.
No-show – If you miss the class when you are booked in, you will be charged for the class.
